Refund and return policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with any tags attached. Please contact us at irisandlin@outlook.com before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Due to Hygiene reasons Jewellery is non-refundable unless faulty .

Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at irisandlin@outlook.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We’ll work with you on the appropriate remedy.

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
